Hey there, nice to meet you!

I'm Annalysa, an artist who loves painting and drawing, and I'm so excited to share my projects with the world!

Until high school, my sister was the ultimate artsy child in the family. So when my mom sent us both to our first art class taught by a retired art teacher in our area, I told the teacher that "art really isn't my thing." She responded with a smile and said, "No, but I think it is your thing." Fast forward 10+ years later and it turns out she was exactly right. ;)

A lot of my art inspiration comes from God's beautiful creation! I love to travel and visit botanical gardens all over the world (or just explore the cities of Norway, the blooms in May are gorgeous there) - clearly I have a huge love for flowers if you take a look at my gallery ;) 

I hope my art brings a bit of beauty to your day to remind you that God makes all things beautiful in its time (Ecclesiastes 3:11). To remind you that no matter how beautiful the things of earth, may Jesus grow more beautiful to you (Psalm 27:4).
